"I will admit choosing the right real estate agent is very important. We were in the market to purchase a home, and after five months of conducting a lot of research, dealing with three "expert realtors", and two failed contracts for our "dream house" we were no closer to moving in. After all that, my wife and I determined we need to talk with someone who really knew what they are doing. At first we thought it would be a daunting task to find the "real expert" knowing there are hundreds of "expert" real estate agents in the area. There is only one person with 42 years of experience in the real estate market so Arnie will be our guy, "our expert". Simply put, he is a trustworthy professional with strong customer service skills. He showed us houses during the day, evenings, and weekends. Never was it an inconvenience for him. When we found the house we wanted, he took care of every single detail all paperwork, inspections and requests by the sellers. He negotiated a fair price for both us and the seller. All we had to do was move our furniture from Virginia which turned out to be on the coldest days of the year. But there is more! The day before we arrived with the large UHaul truck, Arnie cleared the snow from our driveway with his own personal truck with snowplow. Who else would do that!I highly recommend Arnie Perras to be your "Expert" real estate agent."
